As a Romanian travel operator we comply with GEO 2/2018 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, and with national consumer protection law. If you are not satisfied with the way a complaint has been handled, you may address the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

A journey is confirmed once the deposit is received and written confirmation is issued by SignaTours. Standard deposit is 30% of the total price; the balance is due 30 days before departure. Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and include the services listed in each journey page.

Payments are processed through licensed payment providers or by bank transfer. We never store card data on our servers.

Cancellations more than 45 days before departure: deposit refunded minus documented costs. 45–15 days: 50% of the total. Under 15 days: no refund, except where required by law. Travel insurance covering cancellation is strongly recommended and can be arranged by us.

SignaTours works with licensed Romanian partners for professional liability insurance and insolvency guarantees required for package travel. Policy details and licence numbers are provided in writing with every booking contract.

PATRILUCAS SRL is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. We process data to prepare quotes, manage bookings and, with your consent, send travel news. Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation and consent. Data is kept for the period required by fiscal law and never sold. You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object at any time by writing to office@signatoursromania.com. You may also lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
