1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of the SignaTOURS Romania website and to requests and bookings made through it. Specific written booking documents may contain additional terms for a particular journey.
2. Enquiries and availability
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not itself guarantee availability or create a confirmed contract. A journey becomes confirmed only after SignaTOURS Romania provides written confirmation and the required payment has been received.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Deposit requirements and payment deadlines are communicated in the written proposal or booking confirmation. Payment instructions are issued by SignaTOURS Romania; card data is not stored on this website.
4. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the journey and supplier terms and are stated in the applicable written booking documents. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Travel documents and insurance
Travellers are responsible for having valid travel documents, visas where applicable and suitable travel insurance. We will provide reasonable information relevant to the services we arrange.
6. Website content
We aim to keep journey descriptions, images and prices accurate, but availability and supplier conditions can change. Final services are those stated in the written booking confirmation.
7. Consumer protection
Package travel and consumer rights are governed by applicable Romanian and European legislation. Company, licence and consumer information is available on our Legal & Company Information page.
